What methods of payment do you accept?

• Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal

How long will it take to receive my item?

• Most items are shipped with in a couple of days, therefore as long as it doesn't get delayed in the mail you should receive it in 7-10 business days.

I need something rushed do you accept rush orders?

• Yes we do!  Please check with us to be sure we can do the rush.  You may be required to pay upgraded shipping.

How do you ship items?

• Personalized items are shipped USPS cheapest method available.  Trend Lab items will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified.

How much is shipping?

• When purchasing from our site we charge actual shipping only

How will I be able to make sure you understand how I want my personalization to look?

• We will send a proof on all personalized items prior to monogramming.   We will not send a personalized item out unless you approve of the design.  So please check your email frequently if you purchase a personalized item to insure we are able to get it out to you ASAP!

Can you copy designs of pictures if I find something I like?

• We can do our best to recreate a design you find as long as its not copyrighted or trademarked.  In most cases it will not be the exact design but something similair.
